Working principle of solenoid valve

Electromagnetic valves play a crucial role in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Their primary function is to achieve automatic switching through electromagnetic force, and they are widely used in remote shut-off valves, two-position regulation systems, and safety protection devices. They are suitable for various media, including gaseous and liquid refrigerants, as well as lubricating oils.

Working Principle:
Structural Composition:

The electromagnetic valve has an enclosed cavity inside, with ports that open at different positions and connect to different oil pipes.

A piston is located at the center of the cavity, and electromagnets are installed on both sides.

Operational Process:

Powered State: When the electromagnet coil is energized, it generates a magnetic force that attracts the valve body to move. The movement of the valve body changes the state of the ports, thereby controlling the opening and closing of different oil discharge ports.

Inlet Port: Typically remains open, allowing hydraulic oil to enter different discharge pipes through the inlet port.

Oil Pressure Action: After entering the discharge pipes, the hydraulic oil uses oil pressure to push the cylinder piston, which in turn drives the piston rod and mechanical device to move.

Control Mechanism:

By controlling the energization and de-energization of the electromagnet, the movement of the valve body can be precisely controlled, thereby regulating the flow direction and rate of the hydraulic oil. This ultimately achieves precise control over the motion state of the mechanical device.
